We offer the following services:

1. Complementary Services with Booking Amount
a. Place as contracted, for time as mentioned in the booking amount.
b. Electrical Decoration for Building (except inside food stalls) and road .
c. Two electrical/ electronic name plates.
i) One on top of Utsav’s Bannerii) Another on the main Road
d. Electrical Consumption of building’s FIXED lights alone 15KVA.
e. Generators upto 15KVA.
f. Two Rooms for bride/ groom stay (for time as contracted in booking memo).
g. Discount coupons for decoration’s packages (if availed through Utsav’s authorized contractors).
h. Two security guards to assist (only to avoid parking congestion, and not for security of vehicles) in parking of vehicles.
. ._ .2. Payable Services Offered through Utsav’s Contractors :-

a. Tent House Structures (Chairs, Tables, Sofa Sets, Food Stalls, Covers etc.)
b. Tent House Decoration (Pandals, Curtains, Chandiliers, domes, etc.)
c. Lightings/ decoration inside the food stalls.
d. Flower Decoration packages (indian/ imported flowers) comprising of:
ii) Stage
iii) Mandap
iv) Jaimaal (Typically required qty. = 2)
v) Milni Haars (Typically required qty. = 20-25)
e. Temporary Light Connection for all decorative and non fixed lights (Minimum of 15KVA connection).
f. Generators for decorative and non fixed lights (Varies with area used and decorations selected).

(Note:- All payable services at Utsav are optional, that means you can get them arranged from anywhere/ anyone you want. If, these are desired to be booked through Utsav’s contractors, the same should be done at least 7 days prior to the function date, and changes (if any) in the package booked to be informed at least two days prior to the function date).
